Run various projects and work with other Functions to deliver the contractual, non contractual projects and required changes across the partnerships.
• Own the partnership change notification process and be the change control coordinator working with each partners own change control coordinator externally and the relevant teams internally to deliver on and meet our SLA`s.
• Establish the project tracking and financial reporting processes as ‘business as usual` to ensure deliver on their commitments.
• Generate the Europe and Middle East Partnerships operating pack for use at the monthly operating review by the Europe and Middle East Partnerships team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings as required based on the project plans and Europe and Middle East Partnerships team requirements.
• Champion the project management processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Establish strong relationships with each European partner organizations at the relevant level to drive trust and confidence with our partners.
• Own and maintain the contract and document office.
